The National Association for Genetic Donation (ANDDE), a national learned society, has just been established in Nancy. Comprised of gynecologists, biologists, researchers, sociologists, and representatives of civil society, it aims to reopen the debate on the weaknesses of medically assisted procreation (MAP) in France and to be involved in upcoming discussions on the revision of the bioethics law. Today, we hear from Professor Mikaël Agopiantz, coordinator of the PMA center at the Nancy University Hospital and co-founder of the ANDDE.
